Shipping Policy

We offer shipping options via Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. You will have your choice during checkout.

We will try our best to ship your order within 24 hours. If you need an item by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us unused and in its original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same credit card on which it was purchased, or be issued a store credit. Reshipping charge will be applied in the case of exchanges unless we are at fault. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your order. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to the purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.
